We are human oriented.

  1. We show respect to customers of all races, immigration status, class backgrounds, genders and sexual orientations. We are committed to creating an environment that feels comfortable, supportive, and safe for all customers.

  2. A home is a special place and we treat your belongings with care, knowing that they carry memories.

  3. Gentrification and class discrimination means that working class people are subject to greater housing instability and the constant stress of having to relocate. We support our low-income neighbors by providing sliding scale, affordable moving services.

  4. We believe that everybody deserves respectful and meaningful employment and a livable income. Through a co-op model, our workers have ownership over our shared work and our business.

  5. We employ formerly incarcerated people because we recognize that many of us grew up in heavily underresourced and policed neighborhoods; that many of us turned to criminalized work because it was the only opportunity to survive and possibly thrive; and that with support, people are always capable of growth.
